If you are also attending the International Investigative Dermatology (IID) meeting, please book your room for each the 2018 AHRS Summit and IID separately, using the reservation link provided for each meeting on their website. The discounted group room rate is the same for both meetings. The following discounted rate has been secured for the 2018 AHRS Summit at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort for the dates of Wednesday/May 9, 2018, through Saturday/May 19, 2018, based on availability.
$199 single/double occupancy for standard run-of-house guest rooms with either a king size or two queen size beds ($20 additional per person fee for triple/quad occupancy)
All room rates are currently subject to 12.5% room tax, which is subject to change. The hotel does not charge a resort fee. Children age 17 years and younger may stay in their parent’s or guardian’s room at no charge in the existing bedding. There is a maximum occupancy of 4 people per room.
Please make your reservation early! This room rate is available through April 13, 2018, or while room availability lasts. Reservation requests after April 13, 2018, will be accepted on a space-available basis, at the group rate.

HOTEL DEPOSIT/GUARANTEE/CANCELLATION POLICY
The Rosen Shingle Creek Resort requires that all reservations be secured with a guaranteed payment method. Credit cards, debit cards, checks and money orders are acceptable forms of guarantee. Five (5) days prior to arrival, a one night’s guestroom and tax authorization will be processed on the credit card/debt card, if there is no other method of deposit, but the credit card will not actually be charged until the guest checks into their room.
The AHRS has a five (5) day cancellation policy. If a guest cancels less than five (5) days prior to their arrival date, the credit/debit card used to guarantee the reservation will be charged a one night’s guestroom and tax penalty. If the one night’s deposit was made by another method of payment, that deposit will be forfeited.
The hotel will reconfirm the guest’s departure date upon check in. Any adjustments to departure date should be made at that time. Thereafter, shortened lengths of stay will result in in a one-time $50.00 administrative fee.
Check-in time is 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM.

The Rosen Shingle Creek Resort is located a 15-minute drive from Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Taxi: The estimated taxi fare is $35 each way, plus tip. Most taxis accept credits cards, but be sure to check with the driver before you get in the taxi.
