The American Hair Research Society (AHRS) is the former North American Hair Research Society (NAHRS). Because of the great interest and contributions in hair research from colleagues in Central and South America, the “NAHRS” has expanded to “AHRS” to encompass hair researchers from all the Americas. The Summit is the first, large conference of AHRS to celebrate this expansion.
